Take Action to Support Human Services in Upcoming Dane County Budget Meetings!

Human Services has been disproportionately hit in the County Executive Budget proposal. Your voice is needed to help reverse the 4% proposed cuts to our contracted human services agencies, close the funding gap for the new men’s shelter, support a bare bones survival overflow shelter with outreach services, and restore an Immigration Affairs social worker and Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC) specialists. Please consider emailing the board at county_board_recipients@danecounty.gov and showing up to meetings to register and speak in support of more funding for human services programs. Here's the meeting info.
